Sales Admin

A sales admin, provides organizational and clerical support to a sales team. Their responsibilities include:

  • Assist / support sales team on a daily basis with the coordination
  • Responding to existing and prospective customers’ inquiries/requests over the phone or via e-mails,
  • Handle all kinds of enquiry from customer.
  • Overall clerical job to undertake other related jobs as directed by superior from time to time.
  • Process Quotation/Sales Orders/ Delivery Order/Invoice
  • Other sales support and administration duties as required by superior
  • Gathering data and preparing sales reports that show sales trends, customer feedback, and other important information
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure a smooth flow of information and resources
  • Keeping customer information up to date

Requirements:

  • SPM/ Diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferably at least 1 year of relevant working experience. New graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Basic knowledges in Computer & Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel
  • Good administrative, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM2,300.00 – RM3,000.00 per month
