- To support warehouse & office administrative function (e.g update warehouse report, incoming, outgoing, DO & invoice, stock control, prepare office letter & document, filing office documents);
- Liaise with Sales Coordinator for stock order;
- In charge of stock preparation and arrange for delivery to dealer;
- Perform administrative, general office duties and collecting payment from clients;
- To handle customer’s orders (Issuing Invoice / Delivery Order by using company information system) to ensure smooth operations of the company;
- To in charge of incoming and outgoing store;
- Ensure daily warehouse operations is well planned and performed in a proper way;
- Ensure all goods and materials are kept in a proper condition and with accurate inventory level;
- Ensure highest standards of cleanliness & tidiness for warehouse with proper identification and labeling;
- Any other task assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Required language(s): Malay, English
- Computer literate is compulsory, must be good in Excel and knowledge in Autocount system is an advantage.
- Prefer male or female that willing to carry bulky load/parcel.
- A passion for learning and self improvement.
- Strong influencing and interpersonal skills.
- Candidate with experience in warehouse/logistic is a plus point.
- Have B2 & D license and compulsory to have own transport.
- Can start in short notice
