Job Scope
• Provide professional massage treatments (e.g., traditional, aromatherapy, deep tissue, etc.) according to spa standards.
• Basic skills for body wrap & body scrub
• Assess guests’ needs and recommend suitable treatments.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper setup of treatment rooms and tools.
• Promote spa services and retail products to guests.
• Ensure excellent customer service, creating a relaxing and welcoming environment.
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
Requirements
• Hold a valid massage or spa therapy certificate
• Skilled in massage techniques
• Friendly, professional, customer-focused, and well-groomed
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays
