We are seeking a proactive and experienced Account & Finance Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our financial operations. This role is responsible for strategic financial planning, budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, and treasury functions. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving business decisions through data-driven insights while ensuring the financial health and integrity of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:Strategic Financial Management & Reporting
- Lead the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements, management reports, and forecasts.
- Develop and manage annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on financial data to support executive decision-making.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting in line with MFRS, IFRS, and internal policies.
Accounts Payable & Receivable Oversight
- Oversee end-to-end AR/AP functions, including billing, collections, payment processing, and reconciliations.
- Monitor aging reports and drive collection strategies to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Review and approve expenses to ensure compliance with financial policies and budgetary limits.
Taxation, Audit & Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and internal control standards.
- Review and finalize tax computations and statutory submissions.
- Manage internal and external audit processes, including coordination with auditors, tax agents, and regulators.
Cash Flow & Treasury Management
- Monitor and manage cash flow, banking activities, and liquidity to support operational needs.
- Lead treasury operations including bank reconciliations, fund transfers, and investment strategies.
- Conduct financial risk assessments and implement mitigation measures as needed.
Process Improvement & Team Leadership
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize financial processes and systems.
- Mentor, develop, and manage finance team members, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives with financial insights and analysis.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA) are highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 6–8 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, AutoCount, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and corporate finance best practices.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Mindset: Strategic thinker with high attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Pay: RM6,000.00 – RM10,000.00 per month
