Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the wellness sector, including partnerships, collaborations, and distribution channels.
- Research market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to identify untapped market segments and potential growth areas.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including wellness brands, suppliers, distributors, and industry influencers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic business plans that drive revenue growth and market expansion in the wellness sector.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential partners and vendors to secure favorable terms and agreements.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market dynamics, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Represent BG Group at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network, promote brand awareness, and explore new business prospects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Able to speak Chinese and English.
- Have own transport.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or marketing roles, preferably in the wellness, beauty, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of wellness trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective business plans and initiatives.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel as needed for business meetings, conferences, and industry events.
