About the Role
BG Care is seeking a qualified Pharmacist with solid nutrition knowledge to educate and advise consumers online. You’ll be the trusted source for customers seeking product guidance, dietary advice, and wellness insights—helping us elevate our brand’s credibility and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional pharmaceutical and nutritional consultations via online platforms (chat, video, live).
- Educate customers on product usage, nutrition, wellness, and safe supplement use.
- Create engaging educational content (articles, videos, Q&A posts) to promote health literacy.
- Respond to consumer queries in a clear, accurate, and empathetic manner.
- Collaborate with marketing to integrate healthcare content into product campaigns.6. Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and ethical standards in communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and registration with Pharmacy Board Malaysia.
- Sound knowledge of nutrition, dietary supplements, or health counseling.
- 1–3 years of experience in pharmacy practice or consumer health education (online experience preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Malay and Mandarin are an advantage).
- Tech-savvy with experience using chat platforms, video calls, or online content creation tools.
- Empathetic, patient-focused, and comfortable simplifying complex health topics.

Pay: RM5,000.00 – RM7,000.00 per month
