A sales admin, provides organizational and clerical support to a sales team. Their responsibilities include:
- Assist / support sales team on a daily basis with the coordination
- Responding to existing and prospective customers’ inquiries/requests over the phone or via e-mails,
- Handle all kinds of enquiry from customer.
- Overall clerical job to undertake other related jobs as directed by superior from time to time.
- Process Quotation/Sales Orders/ Delivery Order/Invoice
- Other sales support and administration duties as required by superior
- Gathering data and preparing sales reports that show sales trends, customer feedback, and other important information
- Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure a smooth flow of information and resources
- Keeping customer information up to date
Requirements:
- SPM/ Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferably at least 1 year of relevant working experience. New graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Computer literacy.
- Basic knowledges in Computer & Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel
- Good administrative, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
